To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大風中的早餐

今日去白沙灣玩水上活動，坐車黎到西貢市中心嘆早餐，然後再搭車去白沙灣。三間茶餐廳，我地隨意選擇左中間呢間，今日風和日麗，坐室外係最住選擇。點知突然吹起大風，餐牌吹走晒，頭髮都亂了。過一陣又平靜左D。呢度有福字面，正，童年回憶。細個坐船就會食福面。不過阿女吾識欣賞話辣，可能有胡椒粉。餐包高大威既樣，賣相吸引。阿女見到就話要夾蛋食包，不過食左兩啖就放低。又係阿媽執手尾。個包無咩，都鬆軟，只係吾熱，家下D細路真奄尖。🙄友人叫左香草雞扒米粉，見阿女樣樣都吾食，就同佢分享，阿女總算食左半碗米粉落肚。雞扒煎得好香，食完野就坐車去白沙灣玩啦 ！
