To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 才剛過年，吃了不少油器糕品，兩個大食積依然故我，繼續的大食大吃……未有想過這兒有八色小籠包，其中芝士味最為引人入勝。應是要鎖住肉湯的關係，包皮較厚，但其驚豔之處是竟不比樂X皇朝的差。不知友人叫了趁甚麼的薄餅，總之煙靭有油香，小人單塊都忘記吃了多少片！花鵰醉雞皮爽肉滑，上品之作。四季豆和著肉碎，鹹香得怡，只恨份量太少。黃魚仔煎的夠香夠脆，配合著椒鹽完全無得輸！生煎包腍多過脆，幸好一客只有3粒，不然的話都不知如何處理。腿茸少而津白多，是夠奶夠滑的，然而一味就只覺吃著津白，已經忘記了有火腿茸。小炒黃金蝦仁的鹹蛋恰如其份，入味相當之好，一讚。金勾瑤柱炒五殼飯絕對是多餘之舉，粒粒蝦乾瑤柱連飯，既硬且油，中了下下籤，不叫也罷！結果兩個人食到肚腩都突了出來，看來要收一收手鳥。
