開始秋天時份,還有幾天就是源發咖啡廳結業,門口也貼出中,英以及日文既告示,大概都是說感謝與道別之詞,今日我就黎到試一試有五十年歷史既咖啡廳。坐低一陣睇下餐牌影下相,就聽到隔離枱點餐“照舊”兩個字,對於我第一次黎既新客仔係有點新奇,不景50年歷史大部份都是照舊既老顧客,令到我變為隔外陌生的人。回來,我點了沙爹牛丁,太陽蛋香腸同凍檸檬茶,呢類舊式香港店既快速是香港人既標記,幾分鐘就有得食。太陽蛋煮得出水準,最外層脆邊,第二層煮熟既蛋白,第三層半熟奶白蛋白同第四層透透地明既蛋白包住蛋黃,層次分明蛋味香,腸仔開邊炸過,唯少了一塊多士,沙爹牛香濃有肉味,加上丁麵都煮得剛剛好,凍檸檬茶個茶味特出,檸檬都唔會孤寒你所以都係十分好飲。可惜天下無不散之延席,近來香港越來越多呢類店舖唔做,除了拍攝記錄外,我只能嘆息!
