To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間位於長洲海傍位置的冰室,坐無虛席,顧客多得由坐入面到坐外面,這種客似雲來的狀態,實在是非常吸引遊人紛紛走到店鋪幫襯,可是……入到冰室內恰巧要等位,待顧客走了便等待員工清潔後才坐下,可是清潔後依然很骯髒,在疫情熱烘烘的期間下唯有自己動手清潔。中午時間如果開啟電視給顧客享用會更好。重點是這個海鮮炒烏冬,這些比螞蟻還要小的海鮮,實在是沒有辦法可以用筷子夾起,最後我還是要用湯匙進食;建議冰室可用回正常大小的海鮮,份量少也不太介意。
