好耐無食中菜,今日同朋友行開time square俾餐廳門口個燒乳豬玻璃房吸引左入去食晚餐。涼子十八斬睇個名好似好新奇咁,問完店員先知原來呢個十八斬姐係梅子碎配醉乳鴿。平時正係食開燒乳鴿,無諗過醉乳鴿味道都幾惹味,入口十分嫩滑,而且酒香味突出。即燒無花果天下第一豬餐廳招牌菜之一,差唔多每枱都叫呢個燒乳豬。份量比想像中少,我地兩個人每人正係食到三件,但燒乳豬味道非常高質,食落油而不膩,尤其乳豬外皮燒得香脆入味。金沙鳳尾蝦鍋巴蝦肉鮮甜爽口,鹹蛋黃味十分濃郁,配上酥脆既鍋巴,食落滋味可口。不時不燉湯燉湯非常之足料,有瘦肉、花膠同螺頭等,飲落十分鮮甜,飲完好似會好補咁。花膠天白菇菜膽花膠非常大舊,口感滑溜,肉質結實且帶有嚼勁。啫啫唐生菜煲唐生菜爽脆清甜,但略嫌就咁咁味道鹹左少少,送白飯食會好d。
