星期六嘅 1:30pm 二人用膳,入座率只有一半情況令人擔心,因為已經第二次到訪,服務態度及食物質素都超出預期,非常希望佢長做長有,因為今時今日環境好座,服務生有禮貌,仲要好食真係好難搵 ~招牌叉燒厚切叉燒鬆化又彈牙,好欣賞佢燶邊程度掌握得啱啱好,個邊係焦香已不見黑色,重點係咁優質嘅叉燒唔會只得三兩件,份量好足梅子豬手豬手炆得夠淋冇怪味,但係亦冇乜梅子味灌湯餃雖然唔係傳統嘅灌湯餃,都係湯浸餃,但皮薄餡料豐富龍蝦湯鮮竹卷有 D 似西式龍蝦湯比較濃稠嘅質地,配鮮竹卷原來都幾夾鮑汁花膠撈飯花膠唔算好大隻,但質感做得好好,厚身又䊢口,鮑汁食完冇口渴喎!
