同朋友行完朗豪坊,正當想搵餐廳食,剛好行到11樓,見到間天吉屋,朋友喜歡食天婦羅,所以就揀咗呢間食!餐廳裝潢簡潔,富有日本風味。入座後先送上椰菜絲及秘製柚子沙律汁,口感爽脆又清新。天幕御膳,飯與天婦羅分開上,天婦羅有黑虎蝦、石斑魚配紫蘇葉、軟殼蟹、洋和魷魚炸物、茄子、南瓜、炸紫菜、四季豆。份量十足,每樣食材的炸漿都好薄身,炸物不會油膩,外層香脆有口感。黑虎蝦彈牙鮮甜,用雙煆炸法,令口感更勝一籌。天幕御膳備有三種創意食法,我揀咗第二種天丼食法,先將部份天婦羅放於米飯上,再均勻淋上秘製天丼醬汁品嚐!飯是用日本七星米,每顆米粒大而晶瑩剔透,煮出來的米飯粘性低,飯味甜香撲鼻、口感極佳!軟殼蟹丼,食材滿瀉,份量十足!有軟殼蟹、皇帝菜和樱花蝦炸物、茄子、南瓜、溫泉蛋。呢款係港店限定的,軟殼蟹選用厚肉的越南軟殼蟹,蟹肉啖啖鮮甜不油膩。天婦羅溫泉蛋,流心爆漿!再配合秘製天丼醬汁,保證會一試難忘﹗
