To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去咗天后見客，下晝就決定睇吓附近有咩快嘅嘢食，食完又要返去開會 就嚟咗呢一間八寶清湯腩試吓佢嘅牛腩午餐時段都好多人，最後都等咗兩三張枱先入到去等緊嘅期間見到呢一間舖頭最出名嘅係清湯腩，一坐低就叫咗碗清湯蘿蔔牛腩麵嘢食好快就送到，清湯腩肉質都好軟腍，份量都俾咗七至八件，切得都好厚身，唔會話比得太少牛腩都好有牛味，整體上都合格蘿蔔嗦滿咗牛腩汁，煮得非常入味，咬落亦都唔會有渣，有三四大件，非常滿足 麵條嘅軟硬度亦都適中，湯底都唔會有太鹹嘅感覺
