To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽聞天后有很多美食，常常聽朋友說天后很多新開的食肆及有特色的美食。今次放工約了朋友在天后找了一間食上海菜的餐館。餐館位置不難找也非常近天後地鐵站口。我們坐下便看看餐牌，雖然餐館不算很大，坐位有限，但晚上也客似雲來。二不話說我們選擇幾款食品。最喜歡點的醉雞擔擔麵- 醉雞做得雞肉嫩滑也滲透了香濃的花雕酒味，擔擔麵稍為對我唔食辣的人會覺得頗辣。其實也可以選擇辣度，大、中、小程度。視乎各人喜好。還點了一款小吃- 脆皮素鵝，餡料有香菇雲耳，冬筍及紅蘿蔔，素鵝炸得很鬆脆。當然少不了一碟上湯雲腿津白-新鮮津白，配以香濃的上湯及咸味適中的雲腿。最後再來一碗芝麻湯圓做甜品為這頓美味的晚餐畫上句號。
