男友知我喜歡食海南雞飯,帶左我去天后新開嘅「大哥鷄飯」試吓,我哋星期六去到客人已經坐咗大半,令我對佢更有期望。茶餐廳格局,算坐得舒服, 夠光猛。招牌海南雞二人套餐$175招牌海南雞半隻採用清遠走地麻鷄,鷄皮閃亮油潤,入口爽脆、肉質十分嫩滑、細緻;肉味果然比平時的更濃郁,水準高,好味到令我停吾到口。付上三色醬也略有不同,薑蓉加上香蔥剁至非常幼細、辣椒醬勁辣、黑豉油則較稀。炭燒豬頸肉豬頸肉燒至香脆,仍然保留少許油脂,不乾身,有咬口,香茅香氣突出,份量足👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼鮮魚湯浸時菜介蘭已削去菜莖最厚皮部份,所以完全冇渣,油份亦很少,細心。是日靚湯「鯪魚赤小豆粉葛湯」此湯有去骨火及去濕之效,味道濃郁又夠熱,好想 encore 多一碗。香茅油飯不只單純香茅味之外,還有鷄油香🍚飯粒不黏口,本來覺得幾超班 ….但吃到盡頭見到碗底有不少油份,扣左啲分🥲凍檸檬利賓納$8凍茶蜜$8
