近排特別愛吃台菜,繼上個周末到訪了銅鑼灣一間以招牌牛肉麵作招徠的人氣店後,這星期又再次出動,而今次嘅目標就是位於天后的「台灣郎」。事緣早前來附近提取月餅,途經銀幕街,見到這間新開的台式料理,從大門落地玻璃往內望,裝潢走近年大熱的工業風,配上門面貼著的傳統剪紙工藝,布置好有特色。再睇埋放置門外的餐牌,食物定價雖然並不十分便宜,但也算合理,尤其是多款台式小食,幾十蚊已經有交易,反正沒吃過,就一於記下來,選了呢晚到訪。推開趟門內進,原來餐廳樓高兩層,而這晚我們就被安排坐在地下一層。安頓後細看四周,水泥牆身掛滿刻了台式小炒的竹牌,配以室內天花的鎢絲燈、水吧頂頭寫上飲品的燈箱,環境既古雅又帶點台灣夜市風味。翻開餐牌,菜式分類很簡單,只有小菜、飯粉麵、小食/沙律/湯水和飲品幾個大項。牛肉麵是每次吃台灣菜必點之物,再加一款小菜,小食及肉羹,應該足夠兩人分享。先來的鳳梨甜酸蝦球 ($88),以高身透明杯盛上,賣相精緻,引人食慾。細心一看,杯底鋪咗鳳梨片,而上面就擺滿大小適中的蝦球。挾起一嘗,蝦肉爽口彈牙,面頭嘅菠蘿醬汁,入口甜甜酸酸,非常清新,配上墊底的菠蘿塊,既開胃又滋味,就算連食兩、三隻,亦一點也

先來的鳳梨甜酸蝦球 ($88),以高身透明杯盛上,賣相精緻,引人食慾。細心一看,杯底鋪咗鳳梨片,而上面就擺滿大小適中的蝦球。挾起一嘗,蝦肉爽口彈牙,面頭嘅菠蘿醬汁,入口甜甜酸酸,非常清新,配上墊底的菠蘿塊,既開胃又滋味,就算連食兩、三隻,亦一點也不覺膩滯。

接著是一客酥炸五香雞卷 ($38),即做的雞卷,外層炸至色澤金黃,腐皮夠曬酥香,不過講到最美味,還是入面以五香料調味的豬肉餡,食落不但緊實有咬勁,而且入口盡是豬肉的鮮甜味。

接著的香菇肉羹 ($38),送上檯時仍熱辣辣,舀起一匙試試,湯頭比較清淡,而且味道略淡,不過香菇和肉,水準唔錯,軟彈而有味,替這湯生色不少。

壓尾的台灣紅燒牛肉麵 ($88),非常大碗,面頭鋪滿牛𦟌肉,先呷一口湯底,味道濃郁不膩。再挾起扁身的白色麵條一嘗,粗幼適中,食落有韌勁;而牛𦟌亦軟嫩入味,牛香豐厚,尤其是帶筋位部位,咬下帶嚼勁,別有一番風味。

一場來到,當然要飲番杯珍珠奶茶 ($20)  先走,這裡的珍珠奶茶,可以揀熱飲或凍飲,價錢一樣。這杯珍珠奶茶,味道的確唔錯,不但茶味十足,毫不苦澀,而且奶香滑溜,加上珍珠煙韌又不黏牙,美味。
