To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天很忙碌,下晝去完旺角又要去銅鑼灣,今晚更來到將軍澳,現在的將軍澳發展得很迅速,很多地方都有不同的食肆進駐,所以便選擇在這裏吃晚餐。清湯崩沙腩伊麵$61,崩沙腩是牛的橫膈膜部份,除了牛腩肉之外,亦有一層軟淋的筋膜在其中,這裏的崩沙腩處理得很好,煙煙韌韌,牛肉味道十足。伊麵因為之前忘記要軟淋,剛來到的時候比較靭,後來吸收了湯之後,口感就軟滑了很多。招牌牛肉羹$53,用牛肉打成的羹,加點陳醋和薑絲,便可以增加味道層次,是廚師推介的。腩汁生菜$21,可以選擇生菜或者菜心,兩樣都健康。熱鴛鴦$6,茶味香濃,花奶份量十足,如果咖啡再濃一點更好。
