To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一間位於天后地鐵站旁的人氣小店 有香港兩大食評家的點評掛在牆上 更得到2012年至2021年的米芝蓮推介 九個獎牌整齊排列在店內 店鋪不大 祇有大約30個座位 坐得比較辛苦 小店就是這樣的 食物價錢比一般的稍貴 相對地的也較大碗 今天我叫了牛筋牛腩米粉 湯真的是很清 牛筋顏色亦很淡 入口又軟又滑 牛腩是正宗的牛坑腩 層次分明又不硬 果然是名不虛傳唯一稍差的就是坐得不舒服和要來去匆匆的進食 這是小型食店無可避免的缺點
