To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

名字叫「天后站清湯腩」，但卻位於將軍澳康城站！雖然名字令人覺得有點混淆，但為了吃一碗美味的清湯腩，我們絕對不介意專程去一趟日出康城。揭開餐牌，選擇甚多，除了招牌清湯牛腩、牛三寶、還有雲吞、水餃、豬手、各式丸類等等，但我們對清湯腩情有獨鍾，分別點了一碗清湯爽腩河粉和一碗清湯坑腩飯。清湯坑腩飯（$69）先嚐一口湯，牛骨湯加入數十種草本食材並以慢火熬煮，味道清甜。牛坑腩牛味濃厚，入口腍滑鬆軟並帶有淡淡的油香。清湯蘿蔔吸收了牛腩清湯後，味道鮮甜可口，把白飯加入牛骨湯就成為一碗泡飯。清湯爽腩河粉（$59）另一碗清湯爽腩河粉，爽腩的口感跟坑腩的口感截然不同，筋膜部份爽彈得來又帶點嚼勁，識揀一定揀爽腩這個部位。凍檸茶（+$8）/ 凍檸樂 （+$12）Storefront Menu
