一燒鵝位於天后永興街, 舖頭唔算好大, 但係有兩層, 下低嗰層有一半係廚房 , 有咩燒味賣都一目了然。 格局好似cafe嘅格局,有咕臣有卡位坐得舒服 ,而行上一層, 空間更大 仲可以當做party room。 來得壹燒鵝,標準指定菜式就梗係食燒鵝。 一個燒鵝雙拼飯燒鵝拼燒肉, 賣50蚊喺天后嚟講非常ok,因為燒鵝喺自家廚房燒出嚟, 唔留過夜,賣咁多燒幾多。 燒鵝都幾高質素,外皮深紅褲光澤, 肉味濃而且嫩滑都夠肉汁。 燒肉五花腩肥瘦層層相間, 唔會太肥,油脂喺入面爆出嚟, 燒肉皮咬落酥脆有油香。 瑞士雞翼煎雙蛋叉燒飯 另一個飯叫咗瑞士雞翼煎雙蛋叉燒飯。 煎蛋蛋白燶而蛋黃半熟流心, 篤蛋黃嗰一刻 啲蛋黃猛咁流出來, 撈飯就最好食。 瑞士雞翼滷得入味, 叉燒 肥瘦剛剛好, 帶肉香,好食。 順帶一提,白飯煮得好靚仔, 整餐飯雖然簡單,卻是價真價實。 用餐時,老闆剛好在餐廳, 與食客有傾有講, 有咩好食 ,有邊度做得唔好,都可以同老闆講, 小店雖小,但係卻有滿滿嘅人情味。
