有個同事就黎升職,返工個陣傾開天后有咩好味,有個同事提議一齊去On The Spot食,話呢間西餐適合食飯慶祝,於是個日中午就去咗試。我哋三個叫咗三份lunch set,包括有意式瑪嘉麗塔意粉,意式經典薄餅同埋煎焗鱈魚扒。因為我哋都減緊肥,所以無叫飲品。意式瑪嘉麗塔意粉: 用咗車厘茄和香濃嘅番茄醬,意粉帶有輕微嘅甜味,而上面灑咗一絲絲嘅巴馬臣芝士,增添咗一份奶香和豐富嘅口感。意式經典薄餅: 材料包括火腿、雅支竹、橄欖,薄薄嘅餅底配上雅支竹嘅清新風味,唔同嘅材料互相配合,充滿驚喜,仲令我諗返起兩年前去意大利嘅經歷。煎焗鱈魚扒: 廚師煎到外酥內嫩,入口即溶。再配合獨特嘅忌廉醬汁,提升咗魚肉嘅鮮味。總括黎講,呢間餐廳令我留下咗深刻的印象,每一道料理都展現了咗其獨有嘅風格。呢度絕對值得食完一次又一次,期待著下一次再帶埋其他朋友黎。
