To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 🍔漢堡包配豬牛雞魚柳都很普遍，要不來試試配個日式炒麵吧！🏡這間漢堡包小店坐落在天后一條人煙稀少的橫行裡，平常行過都不易發現。💈店內座位不超過十位，但裝修挺別緻。門口位擺放不少動漫拼圖壁畫模型。🧩🍔日式炒麵漢堡$58+ 套餐升級$18 （配汽水 + 一款小食）🥤🍟🍳麵包烘得很香脆，配料有煙肉，煎蛋，紫菜碎，椰菜絲，和最重要的炒麵底。🤤想不到份量真的很巨量，麵餅不鬆散，那個炒麵底好吃得跟出面的日料店沒分別，而且煙肉和炒麵底都比較乾身爽口，再配上沙拉醬，好吃的停不了。🥗🍟薯條炸得很香脆，平時都是配茄汁或者黑松露醬，今次試試別的配千島醬，讓口味變得甜中帶酸。🍝這間店舖其實還有意粉和日式丼飯可以選擇，然而都是漢堡為主打。現在逢星期二購買兩份煮食套餐，可以半價加購一份笨蛋漢堡。📍 BAKA BURGER (天后)🏠 天后水星街27號地下C號舖⏰ 12:00 - 22:00🚙 港鐵天后站A2出口
