呢間隱世蠔吧位於天后同砲台山交界,喺銅鑼灣街市向海皮行第一個街口轉左就係,位置旺中帶靜,一入到去就有熱情嘅老闆招呼我哋,佢除咗向我哋介紹餐廳嘅招牌菜之外,仲介紹咗我哋識佢哋獨特嘅生蠔保存方法,就係用呢一個 set 咗0.2至0.5度嘅恆溫生蠔保存櫃,用呢個溫度嚟保存成個食蠔嘅體驗又截然不同。Ackerman chardonnay,帶有清新嘅花果香,唔算好 dry,未配食物淨飲都已經幾好飲。老闆介紹咗兩隻蠔種俾我地,分別係 Irish WSB 同埋法國 Gillardeau,建議我地先食 Irish WSB,嚟自愛爾蘭嘅 WSB 口感柔軟,帶有少少海水同 creamy 嘅奶油味,蠔肉特別肥厚。而法國嘅 Gillardeau 本身已經係生蠔界中嘅勞斯萊斯,蠔肉肥美香甜而且帶有淡淡嘅榛果香,蠔味唔會過分爆發,有層次得嚟又細膩。So crispy roll,春捲釀入飽滿嘅香菇,春捲皮薄之餘仲炸得相當香脆而不帶半點多餘油分,係一個非常出色嘅春捲。Caesar salad,沙律菜新鮮,同其他餐廳啲 caesar 唔同嘅係佢呢度加咗蟹子,除咗吊到個鮮味之外,脆卜卜嘅蟹子仲增強咗唔少口感,將水波蛋一刀

Grilled Angus US Filet Tenderloin,牛柳切開係惹人垂涎嘅粉紅色,口感極到軟嫩,入口散發住令人滿意嘅牛味,配菜有粟米、紅蘿蔔、紅椒同埋焗蒜頭,蒜頭焗得極度軟腍,鍾意蒜味嘅我大愛。

Semifreddo,Semifreddo 係一種類似雪糕,但係唔洗經過雪糕機製作嘅甜點,佢口感蓬鬆,以少量嘅鮮奶油提供滑順感,係類似冷凍慕斯同雪糕嘅混合體,十分獨特,絕對值得一試。
