今日朋友帶我嚟天后呢間特色餐廳食晚飯,一入門口已經見到個調酒區,十分chill,餐廳很有格調。香蒜忌廉白酒煮藍青口伴法包前菜方面揀左呢個忌廉白酒煮青口,藍青口十分新鮮,配上呢個creamy醬汁,散發啖啖白酒味,絕對昇華了,法包有烤過,沾上醬汁食很讚。虎蝦香蒜番茄扁意粉主食方面選擇了虎蝦香蒜番茄扁意粉,虎蝦大大隻,香蒜番茄味濃厚,帶點微辣,十分入味。慢煮牛頰肉另一道主食點了慢煮牛頰肉,牛肉非常嫩,很喜歡口感,配菜也花盡心思,有松露薯蓉配上西班牙紅醬。另外呢個炸春捲,入面裹住薯仔,外層脆卜卜,充滿特色。泡泡煙燻提拉米蘇甜品點了呢個打卡一流的bubble tiramisu,第一次見tiramisu上面係泡泡,好夢幻啊!Morning After另外我點了一杯mocktail,店員推介呢杯Morning After,主調係百香果、青瓜、薄荷、梳打水,味道很清新,十分推薦。下次黎天后不妨嚟試下呢間特色西餐廳,食物質素高。
