To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這一站，天后電氣道上，人來人往，人往人來點解咁多人？因為大家都係黎搵食，黎食好野😋君御，電氣道近清風街，日本X隔離。唔難搵！今日主角，燒鵝飯，潮連燒鵝飯。上枱有驚喜，竟然俾隻燒鵝髀！😄碟頭正常，飯量夠，仲搭埋條菜心。燒鵝皮脆，肉嫩有汁，皮肉間夾住一層薄薄嘅鵝油。就係呢層鵝油，油香帶動住個脆皮，牽引住啲鵝肉，覆蓋住每個味蕾，將佢地緊緊地包圍。感覺，一種味道帶來嘅幸福感覺；美味，一份用心炮制嘅人間美味！10分鐘食完，老闆問做咩食得咁快😅因為好食囉😉
