To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日一起身又忍不住想食譚仔,一個星期分分鐘有三四日食,每次我都幾乎必點佢既雞肉炸醬豆卜麻辣三少,再配杯凍冷茶係冇得輸既組合阿! 佢既雞肉肉質鮮嫩,份量亦不少,唔洗擔心得一樣肉而唔夠飽,豆卜浸住係佢招牌麻辣湯底入面,一咬湯汁係口入面bi開,真係冇得頂,而豆卜同雞肉都建議可以放入炸醬入面撈一撈,令口感更加香濃好食,大家亦可以放入面中直接拌拌,簡單講有埋炸醬成個食法提升左,又有多樣性.而覺得太辣既朋友就一定要配杯凍冷茶中和下😆🤷‍♂️
