天婦羅要花費很多功夫,只有控制好材料的新鮮度、炸油的品質和溫度,才能做出皮薄又不膩的頂級天婦羅,所以今天突然想來試一下這家立足香港多年的天婦羅過江龍😃餐廳佈置純木系和風味道十足,格局有點奇怪像S型,繞進去會發現更多位置📔一看餐牌就見到主要有數款天丼和天婦羅與冷熱烏冬的組合江户前天丼 | $138|8/10餐廳最招牌的天丼,最吸睛的是長達30cm的穴子天婦羅,其他材料還有小柱魷魚天婦羅餅、海苔、莢豌豆、半熟蛋同埋比咗$38升級既車海老🍤金黃色天婦羅衣好薄好脆,不過痴住飯既部份會好快比水氣整得軟身咗,車海老比普通版大了一倍,咬落肉質爽彈,飯量不算很多,燒汁頗甜😋迷你天丼 & 稻庭烏冬 (冷) | $118|8.5/10有菇菌、海老、海苔、莢豌豆和半熟蛋各一配上幼身帶點韌勁的稻庭烏冬,烏冬放進醬汁拉一拉入口涼透心,夏天消暑佳品😊將半熟蛋刺穿蛋汁流進飯反而蓋過了醬油的美味
