依家天氣終於凍返少少,終於到咗啱食邊爐嘅季節約埋好耐冇見嘅舊同學烚下烚下聚舊松茸八寶雞湯底 $268呢個新出嘅湯底用咗松茸呢個好珍貴嘅食材,初頭叫呢個湯嘅時候我地都唔為意原來係好有營養嘅,上網睇過先知原來佢含豐富維他命C同埋維他命B1&B2,喺日本更加有「菇中之王」之稱總括黎講呢個湯藥材味濃,幾足料,帶有少少芹菜味招牌手切牛頸脊 (例) $238牛頸脊有驚喜,份量多,食落又比較厚身,唔會好韌梅菜豬肉餃 $78一碟有四隻,size都係好大嘅雖然個餃子皮比較厚身啲,但係放咗落湯之後成個餃子嘅咬口就會淋身,所以唔覺個皮好厚梅菜豬肉都好多,餡料好豐富象拔蚌丸 (半) $42象拔蚌刺身就食得多,象拔蚌丸你又有冇試過呢創新手打丸,墨魚丸入面加入象拔蚌粒,口感彈牙又爽脆脆骨腩 (半) $49我地一開始唔太知道要放喺湯裡面幾耐,第一次整嘅時候唔小心整過熟,肉質變到好韌好彩第二次發現其實放落去2-3分鐘就已經可以,唔洗太耐,反而個肉質仲會滑啲呢一個真係名副其實嘅「脆骨腩」,因為相對上呢塊魚都比較多骨,變咗食落嘅時候要小心啲呢間餐廳環境裝修唔錯,坐得幾舒服,服務都唔錯,會願意細心同你講解下唔同嘅湯底會有啲

個人覺得如果第一次黎呢間餐廳打邊爐,又想有啲新意思,主打健康嘅「松茸八寶雞湯底」真係不妨一試!
