這天慶生日真是非常寒冷,起碼低於10度,今天有位同事生日,與一大班同事攪慶生火鍋晚餐,放工後去了紅磡的「老坑火鍋」一齊打邊爐,今次一行有十五人圍埋一起打邊爐,真是非常熱鬧! 「老坑火鍋」紅磡的曲街,環境方面都會較簡約較窄,不過地方都燈火通明,仲有電視看。火鍋湯底有十款選擇,分別有沙爹湯底、蝦湯、皮蛋芫茜湯底、白果胡椒豬肚湯底等......店員先幫我們倒了一些醬油及給我們一些蒜蓉、紅辣椒。來食火鍋前我們點了一些小食,一邊食一邊等同事來到。 兩款的小食分別點了響鈴($35)及油條,油條都是即叩即炸,外脆內軟,都不會太多油,另外不少人都好喜歡將響鈴浸下火鍋先食,但我個人就喜歡不浸湯來食,脆香鬆化,好香腐皮味,脆到好似食薯片,真是一流。 另外再點多份炸魚皮,炸起來香脆,入口鬆化酥脆可口,而且沒有魚腥味。 先來兩個湯式,一個是蕃茄清湯($40)而另一個是馳名蕃茄蟹湯底(時價)。馳名蕃茄蟹湯底內有一隻蟹,蟹肉都好大隻,蕃茄味真是好濃郁,蕃茄酸香味道真是好吸引。 一口氣都點了不少火鍋配料,真是好豐富,先來一支地道蜂蜜綠茶潤下喉,也是時候開大餐了...... 上枱時豬夏青($70)的色
