天氣又凍返,朋友約埋我一齊去長沙灣食羊腩煲,我梗係即刻噏頭啦。餐廳有多款小炒、小菜、燒味飯等,選擇都幾多,而且價錢相宜。枝竹羊腩煲配有生菜🥬,雖然是一人份量但羊腩都幾多,有枝竹、冬菇、馬蹄,羊腩炆得軟腍入味,沒有羊羶味,加入生菜至正。雞油炒豆苗,用了雞油去炒豆苗,口感會更嫩滑,而且撇除了菜青味。雙魷蒸肉餅,用了土魷、鮮魷兩種魷魚去蒸,肉餅多了一份鹹香,同埋更有口感。配返杯恐龍蛋美祿,解渴又清爽。
