To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天時凍, 要食碗譚仔暖身

最近天氣轉涼, 間唔時仲會落雨, 凍上加凍呀! 所以今日出街食飯都要揀間食熱野既地方。係我腦海入面即刻彈出既餐廳就係譚仔啦! 哈哈!!!😂😂🤣呢間譚仔係位於永光中心既地庫, lunch hour既時間都幾多人。不過好彩餐廳面積算大, 所以去到唔洗等位, 直接入去坐就OK。樓面既員工唔多, 只有3個人幫手。你以為佢地會忙到甩碌? 又唔會喎, 佢地唔會急急腳咁做野, 所有野都好似放慢左咁。但佢地仍然都幾留意店面情況, 當你叫佢地既時候, 佢地會即刻同你有眼神交流, 然後過黎。呢個速度令人覺得幾舒服。炸醬酸菜米線 (10小辣) ($41)大大碗, 熱辣辣上枱, 裡面放左好多酸菜, 正呀! 而炸醬係另上的。我平時食清湯的, 但因為冬天黎啦, 所以叫左10小辣, 令自己暖D, 同埋希望令自己慢慢食得辣D。另外呢間譚仔既酸菜好大舊好爽口, 而且夠酸! 而炸醬就甜甜地, 可以慢慢中和番D辣味。

大大碗, 熱辣辣上枱, 裡面放左好多酸菜, 正呀! 而炸醬係另上的。我平時食清湯的, 但因為冬天黎啦, 所以叫左10小辣, 令自己暖D, 同埋希望令自己慢慢食得辣D。另外呢間譚仔既酸菜好大舊好爽口, 而且夠酸! 而炸醬就甜甜地, 可以慢慢中和番D辣味。
