呢幾日天氣凍左好多,不過香港人係怕凍d,都仲係10幾度已經見到晒啲羽絨出爐我都著咗件厚啲嘅外厚。天氣凍,最想食啲熱辣辣嘅嘢,打邊爐又驚熱氣,又保暖又對身體好嘅就最好食「粥」,但係白粥又清淡得滯,就被我醒起到食蟹粥。我地大約6點半到,已經坐左好多人。果然天氣凍都係最好食熱辣辣嘅粥,我諗我嘅想法同大部份嘅人一樣上一次嚟食過海鮮套餐,本來想今次散叫試吓其他小菜。但係我發現佢個海鮮套餐轉左食物,咁我哋又可以試吓其他嘢,同埋套餐好似真係抵啲。鴨舌,我之前冇食個鴨舌,今次係第1次試。感覺有少少似雞腳,都係食個皮,但係鴨舌表面好滑好入味。今次個龍躉球係蒸既,本來以為個味道會淡啲,但係佢個XO醬好入味,魚肉又唔散,仲可以食到啲膠質,旁邊咗啲雲耳好爽口開胃。食魚我就鍾意食到呢啲魚,因為無骨唔使驚怕食到骨,要就住就住。蒸鮮鮑,如果只係食飽魚呢個味道好淡,不過如果同埋果皮一齊食,果皮味道好出,仲可以帶出鮑魚嘅鮮味。呢個係銀諗碌鵝,感覺有少少似燒鵝,不過佢係用燘既方法你煮嘅,所以鵝肉非常入味。醬汁味道帶酸,所以令人好覺得好開胃。以為用燘既方法,鵝肉會變老,但係原來唔會,肉質仲好軟熟呢!終於到咗我哋期待已久嘅蟹
