To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日到訪新餐廳。未到六時，已經有不少人在等候。這兒是全自助的燒肉店。自己用QR code 下單，電子支付及自己取餐具。醬料選擇唔少，有日式又有韓式，隻隻都幾好味。和牛like 套餐150g $148這套餐的牛舌超級薄，稍稍一烤，牛舌軟嫩；雖然是和牛，油花唔多，幾有肉味，但肉質算軟身，無溶入口的感覺，但整體是ok的。白飯軟滑，沙律也新鮮，湯汁熱呼呼。牛小排及牛板腱套餐200g 及木魚紫菜飯、生旦、豬五花腩肉$203這牛小排比牛板腱好吃，牛小排滿有肉味，帶一點牛脂，幾香口；牛板腱的油脂唔多，但肉質也軟身；反而豬五花腩肉燒得甘香油潤，有爽爽口感；配上木魚紫菜飯，和生旦，幾滋味，充滿和風特色。這一天的晚餐真滿足。
