To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 估唔到濕地公園附近都開咗元朗最有名氣嘅車仔麵 — 永年士多,環境乾淨,落單方便,略嫌出餐較慢~雞翼牛丸蘿蔔油麵💰HK$56湯底加咗微咖喱辣同豬腸汁,味道濃郁香甜!雞翼都算入味,牛丸個口感同味道都勁似貢丸,唔知係咪個職員比錯!蘿蔔最優秀,煮到軟腍腍,味道又夠香甜,冇苦澀味~豬紅流心蛋牛腩米粉💰HK$76朋友呢碗揀咗微麻辣,湯底嘅味道比較失色,冇咗嗰種鮮甜味!豬紅與別不同,食落甜甜哋!牛腩都好入味,而且肥瘦均勻!可惜流心蛋一啲都唔流心!跟餐追加咗抹茶紅豆冰,味道唔錯~
