正當疫情為全球嘅飲食業帶來挑戰,為刺激經濟與大眾一同抗疫,名店「天海」決意降低身價,以優惠價$1,000推出二人套餐回饋貴客。天婦羅專門店位於斜斜嘅鴨巴甸街上,因附近一帶大多為單程路,交通唔算特別方便,大家記緊要預鬆少少時間塞車或搵路。小店一眼睇哂,共有十個吧位圍繞著老闆兼大廚長澤師傅嘅開放式大舞台。店內抽氣足,除咗有抗疫膠板外,最接近天婦羅炸爐嘅位置有塊厚厚嘅透明玻璃隔開以作保護,感覺衛生又安全。室內光線充沛,傢俬只有木造餐桌及厚墊椅櫈,牆上簡單掛出禪修畫品,廚房通道以名作「神奈川沖浪裏」布簾修飾,樸實得黎散發著和風嘅色彩。以電話訂座時,知悉晚市分六點十五分及八點十五分兩輪,只提供一款十一道天婦羅嘅「三月のOmakase天Course」($1,000/兩位),而且必先預繳半數作訂金。此外,接線生亦有叮囑食客必需準時到達,因為師傅嘅安排係全場於同一時間用餐。小肥慣性早到,由年輕溫文嘅Tony哥哥接待,問准外表極之嚴肅嘅店主後方才開始拍照,埋位後由和藹可親嘅日藉女主人招待餐飲。餐廳設下之開瓶費有少少複雜,但其實相當合理:1) 720ml:第一樽$300、打後$150/樽2) 1.8L:第
