週六早上honey喺中環睇完醫生,中午時份兩口子就應虎兄早前推介,行咗過去鴨巴甸街,一試新開不久o既天婦羅專門店「天海」 。其實同一條街上面已有兩家高價名天婦羅店,只有九個位o既「天海」居然選擇喺佢地中間開設,可真謂膽識過人 !由於午市不設訂座,營業時間又只得兩小時,人齊方可入座亦屬理所當然。小店門面並不起眼,落地玻璃身後只有一盆座地鮮花。花旁簡單一句「日本產米使用店」卻又足以為食客打下強心針 。店內只有門旁o既靚花擺設,裝潢簡約優雅得黎盡顯實而不華之風格。座位全部圍繞住師傅o既煮食舞台,每份午餐都係由大廚老闆親自即場炸製,企足兩個鐘,絕無欺場 !入座一刻,日藉女主人先每人送上熱烘烘o既綠茶一杯,窩心又暖手。食店小本經營,餐牌亦較簡單,據悉晚餐冇得揀,只可任由廚師發辦,約千三蚊一位。午餐現階段則有四款套餐可選,每款均為$180,另收加一服務費;預計稍後將加推和牛三文治。二人第一次光顧,小肥好傳統地叫咗客「天丼」,較愛吃麵o既情人則點選天婦羅蕎麥麵餐「天せいろ」。睇到餐牌上列出一款名叫「靜岡割り」o既綠茶雞尾酒好似幾得意咁,$68杯又唔貴,XO仔就叫咗杯黎試。 特飲茶味幽香,
