香港人個個都鍾意飲茶,我都唔例外,經常少即二人,多即三五成群,也會一起去嘆茶!不過食來食去都係一般傳統的點心。當然,發現有新經營、新菜式、新味道的,我們都唔會放過啦! 早前就係發現這間餐廳名叫”飲茶”,當然名符其實真係”飲茶”,這間餐廳原來係剛剛開張不久。未入到餐廳已有驚喜,無啦啦有輛貨車在門口,只細看看原來只有車頭,而以開放式的廚房作車身,呢一點已很吸引客人的好奇心,有趣有趣!Logo設計都很有特色!這間餐廳裝潢似乎是非一般中式的酒樓,餐廳場內非常之大,有很多坐位,但又唔會有迫狹的感覺,很舒適!它們選用好得意嘅碗,碗裡有條立體金魚,湯匙是流線形的設計,連包紙巾都咁扺死,唔知道仲以為佢係”安全”之物……真搞鬼!先來一碟晶瑩通透的橙棍冬瓜,將冬瓜切成長條狀,配搭橙味的汁,更與橙皮為伴,很特別,入口清新,食落有清爽的質感,配上香甜的橙香,真係好醒胃,絕對充滿驚喜。看見造型可愛趣緻的豬仔頭,我都引唔住點了呢個點心,豬仔頭即是叉燒包,真可愛到極點。雖然我都係豬,但都要食你落肚,對不起了!哈哈!皮好軟、叉燒好香、味道很鮮!唔怪得好多客人都是必食之選!用龍井茶葉,配松子仁、杞子去炒新鮮的魚,加埋焦
