Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 超正,往往我們這個年齡層,其實都不太喜歡太興。但是,無論在星期六日的早上,定還是下午茶優惠時段,又或是特價外賣小菜的時段,都見到大排長龍。這次新年,家人又買了太興的盆菜。可能由於先前那一日,吃的盆菜相當之細小,吃到到喉唔到肺,因此這天對於這個盆菜有多少期望。不過,這個盆菜除了大大隻蝦、蠔豉,其他的配料都不算特別,例如是西蘭花、豬手、以及雞鴨之類。我覺得豬手都算不錯,大大件,而且份量甚多,豬皮又不覺得有毛,中間的膠原較多,不覺肥膩,肉以及膠質都相當多,吃得大快朵頤。不過以燒味店來說,它給這樣的雞鴨,就做壞了自己的名聲,不過也是無可厚非,因為雞鴨最靚的部份,當然留給現場食客單點叫燒味的食客吧。因此,我們的盆菜,可以見到那些雞,都是大家平時最不想見到的部份,例如雞胸,大大件雞胸,看見覺得又乾又鞋,一睇就知是餸頭餸尾,放在盆菜底下,又可沖撐場面。所以我一向都說,新年期間,其實叫盆菜,第一,只是因為想節省主人家的功夫;第二,新年期間即使有餸買,都會加價比較貴,即使盆菜不太便宜,都可能比起買餸自己烹調更加便宜。以太興盆菜這個質素,動輒都要幾百元,在平白無故的日子,應該很難會找到客人前來落單訂貨吧。

我覺得
豬手都算不錯,大大件,而且份量甚多,豬皮又不覺得有毛,中間的膠原較多,不覺肥膩,肉以及膠質都相當多,吃得大快朵頤。

因此,我們的

所以我一向都說,新年期間,其實叫盆菜,第一,只是因為想節省主人家的功夫;第二,新年期間即使有餸買,都會加價比較貴,即使盆菜不太便宜,都可能比起買餸自己烹調更加便宜。

以太興盆菜這個質素,動輒都要幾百元,在平白無故的日子,應該很難會找到客人前來落單訂貨吧。
