To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 馬鞍山人對近來於市中心新開的食店皆十分捧場,前後兩次晚上想吃個晚餐都被人龍嚇怕。約下午4時多的late tea 時間,終於不用等位。牛柳絲瑞士汁濕炒河:牛柳嫩,份量少,瑞士汁不過甜,菜遠新鮮無渣,河粉滑,只是炒得油了一點。輕盈四寶飯:偷吃了紅腸及咸蛋,咸蛋夠咸,紅腸無特別。燻蹄及墨魚沒試,不過另一半吃得頗姿味,應該可以吧。眼看白飯亦乾身,很怕有些餐廳的白飯濕淋淋,放到咀𥚃盡是糊掉的感覺。凍檸茶的檸檬不苦,個人而言茶味濃了一點。
