To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

元氣壽司，出名多噱頭，久不久就有新出品，今期的新出品更加天花龍鳳，美其名是玩fusion，但其實就覺得有啲古靈精怪。脆蒜番茄煙肉壽司，除咗件壽司飯之外，整體上都是西式，生菜墊底仲有煙肉、蕃茄、洋蔥、芝士，感覺就係成個all day breakfast擺上飯咁樣，嗰條煙肉仲要好多肥肉，味道奇奇怪怪，我覺得有啲，九唔搭八嘅感覺。激辛雞肉生春卷，完全唔係日式壽司，根本就係好似越南菜咁樣，連飯都冇的，而且真係好辣，辣到搶喉！我接受唔到。辛辣雞肉腐皮壽司，腐皮係甜嘅，雞肉係鹹鹹辣辣㗎，我覺得完全唔match，味道好奇怪。呢期嘅新出品，Not my cup of tea。
