To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 粟米魚柳點樣整先好食?呢條問題一早已經有答案,就係好似金記咁整就好食。金記嘅粟米魚柳望上去令人垂涎三尺,金黃色嘅外表,再伴隨濃厚嘅粟米汁,賣相已經好吸引。我同女朋友急不及待咁夾咗一舊,一放入口,粟米汁帶著微甜,瞬間流入口中,魚柳香脆可口,師傅用心烹調,以猛火落鑊炸起,鎖住魚柳嘅鮮味,魚柳用料亦上乘,食落唔會有種溶爛嘅感覺。之後仲叫咗個鐵板雞扒,肉質嫩滑,雞扒嘅外皮處理得恰到好處,師傅利用鐵板嘅餘熱,令已煎好嘅外皮更香脆,同時可以保存雞扒嘅温度,令雞扒肉質唔會變老,非常值得推介
