今日專程去太古坊等丫女放工, 去咗附近一間茶餐廳叫定下午茶等佢收工。呢間餐廳係丫女介紹, 話平時lunch都同同事黎幫襯, 抵食又好味。餐廳內以70, 80年代懷舊做主題, 地方乾淨企理。下午茶六點前供應, 款式選擇多, 瑞士雞髀配薯角: 瑞士汁香甜易掛汁, 雞髀很入味, 肉質不太嫩滑但唔會嚡口。薯角脆口。西多士: 表面炸至金黃, 中層夾了花生醬, 將牛油平均搽, 再點上糖漿食, 表面口感微脆, 超正!華田脆脆: 凍華田, 面層再佈上華田脆脆, 入口有D層次。奶醬多: 麵包微微烘過, 但keep到軟熟, 搽咗粗粒花生醬同埋少少練奶, 配上熱檸水, 不錯的下午茶。嘆完下午茶, 丫女話不如再食飽d, 返屋企唔洗煮飯, 又推介呢度嘅蕃茄濃湯味道唔錯, 所以又order咁兩碗食埋先走。自選湯底, 食物款式同粉麵配搭。紅豆冰: 紅豆綿密, 甜度適中牛乳炒蛋、自選: 番茄濃湯+ 米線+吉列豬扒番茄濃湯湯底濃郁酸甜, 配上很滑兼充滿蛋汁嘅牛乳炒蛋, 米線很滑, 稍有少少湯汁掛起, 每啖都食到香甜 番茄味。吉列豬扒另上, 有成人手掌般大, 香脆不算油, 肉質有彈性, 果然唔錯!另一碗揀咗相同湯底, 配

另一碗揀咗相同湯底, 配通粉再追加牛肉,
通粉林, 用湯匙盛起湯底一齊入口, 同樣不錯。追加嘅牛肉仲好林。
