To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去到太古城見到呢間餐廳display左好多好吸引眼球既甜品,於是就走左入去食晚飯。當日同男友叫左個Set Dinner,兩位都只係$448 (包飲料同甜品),性價比非常高,食到好飽好滿足。我地就+$30升級左個龍蝦湯,好濃郁而且有龍蝦肉,果然真材實料。前菜就叫左炸雞粒拼單骨雞翼 & 炸薯條配黑松露蛋黃醬,兩款都新鮮炸,好脆口。薯條就算放左半個鐘再食都仲好脆黎到主菜就有牛肝菌芝士意粉配馬德拉酒,好creamy好多菇🍄🍄再黎個醬燒排骨焗薯配秘製乾式風味醬(+$15),個人覺得個排骨已經好夠味,唔需要再點其他醬,唯一要改善就係唔夠熱。當食到好飽果陣,原來仲有甜品,個賣相好吸引,就算幾飽都要再食。首先個cheese cake,有d焦糖同咖啡味,唔錯唔錯。壓續登場既就係呢個牛油cookie,上面加左個vanilla雪糕,一凍一熱。不過甜品好似日日食都係隨機,如果大家冇叫setdinner而係叫單點,好建議大家叫呢個招牌甜品
