To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 木嘴足跡遍及全港,夢想喺所有食肆留下腳毛供世人供奉。今次木嘴嚟到太古城搵食,望住個水牌諗左好耐,最終決定去食新開無耐,本身喺IFC先食到既GLASSHOUSE。印象中N世前去IFC分店整體感覺同食物都唔錯,相信應該唔會有伏。間野好似好多booking咁,職員一見我入黎就問我有冇book枱,好彩提早左食晚飯,如果唔係都要等位。職員比左個半鐘我,皇恩浩蕩,食到8點半要還枱。間餐廳裝修好靚好文青,唔錯唔錯。不過咁dup本裝飾竟然唔俾返一百幾十重新印過本menu真係百思不得其解。本menu比人揭到溶溶爛爛,木嘴好驚一野就揭爛佢,仲形住個感覺好烏糟。唔知佢係咪特登唔換本menu黎營造好多人黎過呢間餐廳既感覺呢......anyway,Glasshouse有好多fusion菜食,有pizza意粉飯小食沙律-西餐廳有既佢都有,想飲酒都有不少選擇,所以幾啱一大堆friends或者family黎gathering。木嘴記得幾年前係IFC食過佢既薯條,記得係好食既,所以就嗌左,另外再加松露焗豬飯同chef recommendation既焗雞炒意粉。 松露焗豬飯好快就上左,個賣相唔錯,芝士係超級拉絲!拉到連

松露焗豬飯好快就上左,個賣相唔錯,芝士係超級拉絲!拉到連分飯都有困難,芝士之間難捨難離,想抱緊些。木嘴一度拉絲一度唱住呢句歌詞,應該其他食客以為陳奕迅黎左想過黎攞我簽名。芝士下面有松露粉菠蘿蕃茄醬同豬肉,即係一般焗豬有既野都有。味道係好味既,一D都唔腬,蕃茄同芝士味相輔相成,但D松露味就唔夠出喇 (或者係因為木嘴掛住唱歌distract左個味蕾)。塊豬扒無炸過,我就覺得麻麻地喇,又薄,陣豬臭味出曬黎,因此大X樂既豬扒完勝!份量比平時焗豬細少少。

接住黎既係炸薯條配松露+蕃茄醬,見到唔少枱都有嗌到。碟嘢一上就知出事,D薯條泛晒油光,晶瑩剔透….木嘴一向好鐘意食薯類製品,但一食太油既嘢就會胃出事,所以見到咁,就唔敢食咁多。其實佢係炸得好脆,點醬食係好唔錯既,但真係太多油喇…食食下木嘴就….唯有下次嗌第2樣試下啦!

最後最期待既焗雞炒意粉都黎埋,呢碟嘢就認真唔錯!加左D蛋做底,個樣又幾靚。焗雞:香茅味好重,雞好滑漏,好食!炒意粉:竟然食到茶餐廳既鑊氣味!好意外!好食!推介!

成個晚餐整體黎講算係好滿意。我地無嗌嘢飲侍應都好好服務幫我地斟水,嗌侍應埋單但佢帶緊枱唔得閒,都有同我示意佢收到,值得一讚既!
