To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近我常在太古開會,Well Well Well成為我的食堂🤭太古一貫的精緻的裝潢和氣氛,但這家餐廳別具舒適感,讓人感到放鬆。當然,最重要的還是食物,這裡的菜式性價比勁高‼️我們先點了一份香草焗紐西蘭羊扒配野生蘆筍。羊肉非常嫩,口感柔軟,搭配新鮮蘆筍更是一絕🍗接著,我們又點了一份慢煮法國鴨髀配肥美creamy 的鵝肝,鴨肉非常嫩‼️另外也點了焗的龍蝦海膽汁、鮮味更上一層樓😋不得不提的還有芝士脆皮焗龍蝦半隻,龍蝦的鮮美口感與濃郁的芝士完美融合,讓人忍不住一口接一口。我們還點了溫泉蛋臘腸卡邦尼意粉、四川麻辣肉醬意粉、海蜆蒜香橄欖油淮山麵、珍寶燒烤拼盤等菜品,每一道都讓人驚艷。我們還點了一杯Chilli charm - 辣椒雞尾酒,巧妙地將辣椒和果汁相結合,帶來一種獨特的口感
