To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

1）啲嘢食超鹹…….食咗¼真係食唔到落去…個雞扒又鹹，啲炒飯唔撈汁都已經好鹹2）個女侍應唔睇檯號上嘢飲，上咗去第二檯，啲口水噴晒落去，發現上錯枱之後杯嘢飲之後照上返俾我………之後再發生喺其他枱身上3）個樓面阿伯搞錯晒啲枱號，出錯QR code俾隔籬枱個客落單，個客揀好晒之後又叫個客唔好落，出過張新嘅俾佢再重新落…不斷問食客邊個嗌咗啲乜，自己搞錯咗，仲要發牢騷，”摺”個客…雖然唔關我事，但係我一直聽住，搞到我食餐飯都食到好大壓力4）個阿伯勁嘈，每個人入嚟都不斷重複金仔推介啲乜…好煩厭5）兩個炒飯一杯奶茶，埋單$162
