To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我地9:30入去食，叫左三文魚刺身,三文魚壽司,兩個手卷,帶子壽司,稻庭烏冬,牛油帶子。刺身同壽司以價錢黎講係不錯的,但個稻庭烏冬細細碗,無餸的要42蚊,都算了,重要根本唔係稻庭,我覺得似上海面囉😤😤😤😤好幼,而且係完全無口感。個牛油帶子應該只係三粒大帶子切開,無味,啲配料菇重好味過佢。因為覺得無野岩食,食左呢幾樣野走左了。埋單$300多啲。唔會再食了,搞到我男朋友唔開心!!!!!😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩
