To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喜歡四處覓食既我,這夜晚飯時間又在太子旺角四處閒逛,找尋一些未試過而又吸引人既餐廳,走著走著,便發現了這間裝潢特別的餐廳。看著門外的裝潢,非常古式古香,理應是吃中菜的吧,但步入門內,才發現餐廳其實是一個西餐廳。餐廳裡而的燈光調得比較暗,很有氣氛,也切合餐廳的名字 - 「居蘆」,絕對有三國時代「三顧草蘆」之感。餐廳既食物款式都幾多,單是意粉便已經有23款。除了意粉,還有薄餅,和沙律,想不到外表是如此中國風,但其實賣既,卻是意大利菜,很fusion。巴馬火腿蜜瓜沙律 $108我們首先點了一個頭盤,巴馬火腿蜜瓜沙律,parma ham既分量都幾多,和蜜瓜更是絕配,特別喜歡這裡的蜜瓜夠甜。蜜瓜與parma ham中間加上了田園沙律菜,可以在主食前先清新一下味蕾。香草蘑菇海鮮菠菜閭條麵 $168在餐牌上最吸引的是用海膽配上各式各樣的意粉,但因為友人不好海膽,所以便選擇了比較大路的 菠菜闊條麵。闊條麵既份量好大條,醬汁很creamy,而海鮮亦都幾多,包括青口,鮮蝦和魷魚,菠菜麵煮得比較硬身,但這卻正好我心意,食落比較有口感。鮮蝦既爽彈度亦都為我帶來驚喜。紫薯草莓鬆餅 $88甜品方面,我們點了紫薯草

甜品方面,我們點了紫薯草莓鬆餅 ,看見餐牌上加雪糕球要加$8,我們當然要加啦,幸好店員特別提醒,原來本身個鬆餅已經有包了一球雪糕球,所以其實係唔需要加既,咁就慳番$8。

鬆餅裡面加佐紫薯蓉,雖然份量唔算係好多,但係多佐一份口感,就係多佐一份既美味,鬆餅係即叫即製既,所以由order到上餐大約用佐25分鐘,幸好店員有特別提醒,我們在主菜到枱時已經立刻叫甜品起菜,所以中間都唔需要等。

芒果熱情果沙冰 $50


芒果熱悄果沙冰都幾大杯,基本上兩個人叫一杯飲都ok,當然,o個個要係你另一半啦,而且沙冰打得好均勻,飲到尾都仍然有果汁味,唔算好甜,飲完好開胃。

要不是在門外看見有很多人在排隊,都好容易會錯過佐呢間餐廳,最鍾意既係呢度既裝潢,很有懷舊感,而裡面既西式食物帶來強烈既分差,不論是文青,還是一班人,也會喜歡。
