今日約咗個好耐冇見嘅舊同學係佢公司附近食晚餐,所以搵到呢間專食扒嘅The Steakhaus,又幾有驚喜喎。一坐低即刻揀咗鐵板油泡安格斯牛柳13oz配烤大蒜。上菜嘅時候侍應會喺你面前擺牛柳燒烤。同時加上香草,真係香氣四溢,令人食慾大開。呢枝雪茄造型嘅牛油係大蒜同香草味,可以搽上牛柳令其更加滋味。牛柳嘅配菜奧斯卡,爽口幼身嘅蘆筍加咗少少鹽同蛋黃醬調味,另外再撈埋蟹肉碎,係一個既健康又新鮮嘅配搭。咁耐冇見梗係要飲返兩杯catch up一下近況。西瓜柑橘手工啤酒,清新怡人,甜味蓋過咗啤酒嘅苦澀。Green Apple Mojitos 同樣清涼甜美。飲嘢嘅時候叫埋黒松露和柏瑪森起司炸薯條,份量夠多,佐酒必備。甜品時間,叫咗Dirty tiramisu,用咗原條意式手指餅,質感濕潤又有酒香。西班牙油炸鬼,外脆內軟,灑咗糖霜可以蘸朱古力醬食。
