To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次我嘅味蕾去咗場元氣旅行🍣，試咗太子元氣嘅招牌菜，講真，每件sushi都可以話係港到發現新大陸！首先講下佢哋嘅蝦軍艦，新鮮到彈牙，蝦汁滋味就好似海嘅精華咁，流晒入口👅。跟住嚟個帶子，唔得了，厚切得嚟香噴噴，一啖落去齋係嘩啦廿一！海膽軍艦？呵，講嘢喇，啲海膽新鮮滑溜，簡直係海味炸彈咁，嘭嘭聲咁爆喺嘴裏面。當我以為已經嘗過晒今次嘅驚喜時，芝士吞拿魚春卷攞出馬，簡直掂過破表！啲春卷皮薄到透出雪白嘅芝士同啖啖吞拿魚，係喺我口中嚟咗個完美融合，令人回味無窮。當然，唔可以唔提元氣嘅炙燒系列，嗰啲明太子三文魚腩嘅口感，唔講你唔知，外皮微微焦香，入口即溶，簡直係享受！至於甜蝦蟹膏軍艦，嘩，唔止甜，個蟹膏味道還有後勁嚟㗎！最後，個小朋友試咗兒童之選，話青瓜小卷爽口得嚟健康，蟹柳小卷同埋天婦羅炸蝦都順滑可口，芝士醬薯條意外嘅好食，令今次嘅食旅完滿收尾🍟。聽日再戰，太子元氣，你等緊！👍🍱🍣
