今日係太子呢頭既coffee shop 坐完行過見到有間幾地道既日式餐廳,係條巷仔到,傳出好香既串燒味,呢度掛滿燈籠,店內佈置都好日式傳統風格🎎~ 店員好熱情咁招待左我地入去~食襯串燒我都會必食雞翼雞軟骨雞腎呢啲~ 呢度有埋雞心~ 內臟燒得幾好食,冇雪藏味冇異味! 👍🏻😋 試埋佢個雞頸肉! 又燒得唔錯~見到呢個比較小食既波子提豬肉卷,第一次係食提子加豬肉卷,同平時食開既蕃茄仔唔同,提子燒完食落去都係保持左脆脆地爽口既清甜口感,加埋咸咸地既豬肉卷,又幾特別~ 最後甜品就叫左佢個燒菠蘿! 師傅係上面加左糖衣,再燒,食落多左層脆既口感,好似食緊冰糖葫蘆咁~ 全部都係師傅現場即燒~ 見到有啲食客應該都係熟客,同師傅有傾有笑~ 仲聽到出店家對日本酒都好有研究🍶支持小店!
