又係花墟買完花,行下行下見到呢間門口以粉綠色做主題,開初以為係Café,原來係食泰菜。電子屏幕不停介紹菜式拉門入去仲有張二人枱,咁就試下啦。掃QR Code落單,牆上掛住當時推介手寫菜式,幾搞鬼。呢客泰式鳯爪沙律 ($68),望落顏色繽紛,”砌”成個塔型,再淋上酸辣汁。無骨鳯爪入口爽脆,紫洋蔥,芹菜加埋車厘茄就組成沙律擔當。成為泰菜中火紅之星嘅火山骨湯 ($118/小),呢度都有得食。話叫做湯,其實係酸辣汁。送上膠手套方便進食,成舊揸住夠豪邁; 骨肉輕易被分離,沾上酸辣汁,辣度都唔可以睇少,幾惹味。食到辣辣地,即刻飲返啖泰式龍眼冰 ($32)解下辣,用銀碗裝住加朵蘭花,大量龍眼肉,味道清甜又夠凍。友人對蝦過敏,由炸蝦餅轉為炸魚餅 ($58)即叫即炸,入口熱度十足,口感札實,配酸甜醬係好味嘅。今晚主菜係炒咖喱軟殼蟹 ($168),兩隻軟殼蟹斬半,伴住大量咖喱汁。軟殼蟹入口香脆,咬落唔會一口油,沾埋D香滑咖喱汁食,仲唔係邪惡之鬼?!咁多咖喱汁,當中又有青紅椒及洋蔥,叫碗白飯是常識吧。甜品想食芒果糯米飯但今晚無,呢碗椰青大菜糕 ($28)絶對係最佳替身。用銀碗裝住應該係自家製,入口有椰青肉清
