好蔡館呢間餐廳既老闆,係好酒好蔡既創辦人蔡昊既哥哥開!但價錢當然比較之下好蔡館係性價比上做得好啲呢日六個人食左螄蚶、花甲、蠔烙、淨雙角、蜆仔炒飯、墨魚腐、滷水鵝片拼鵝肝鵝腸、反沙芋。可以參考圖🤣全部菜色一律咁講,好考功夫,好有心機。但係味道上真係未到驚艷,普普通通。細心位:花甲同螄蚶都會好好咁分開一半,排得整齊之餘係一粒沙都冇;反沙芋大家都知,要將容易散開既芋頭加糖,由糖水炒反做粒粒分明既反沙芋;蜆仔炒飯雖然冇影底,但係呢佢啲蜆仔係細粒到好似飯咁,要做到啖啖炒飯都有蜆,師傅要逐粒挑出黎先炒到一客🫣味道上:整體偏向潮式,可能真係唔係好岩我個人口味,有少少淡口,食食材本身味道。未去到之前食合時小廚個種道道都好好食好出色既感覺🥲未搵到好好既形容,但係值得去一次試既!最推介菜式:滷水鵝片拼鵝肝鵝腸,因為個鵝肝真係做到好滑身冇筋,仲要個鵝片係唔老,又唔會肥到得脂肪🥹鵝腸又係超爽身,整得岩岩好!
