今晚嚟到喺太子新開張嘅 The Steakhaus,店內嘅佈置充滿懷舊復古感,無論係燈光、枱櫈、抑或地磚,四周嘅佈置擺設都好有心思,而且食物嘅質素高,情人節同紀念日嚟就啱晒啦~✨黑毛豬鞍架厚切嘅黑毛豬鞍架肉質滑嫩,充滿肉汁😍主食仲可以加其他配料,有奶油蒜蓉蝦、磅蟹蘆筍等等,我哋就加配埋煎扇貝,同樣新鮮香口。✨滿滿蜆肉蝴蝶粉一上菜就見到好多蜆肉,份量都算好多,而蝴蝶粉嘅汁醬汁夠晒 creamy,鍾意蜆肉嘅仲可以選擇雙倍蜆嘅蝴蝶粉呀~✨鷹嘴豆泥配麵包用咗橄欖油調製嘅鷹嘴豆泥口感鬆軟,好味又有營養,如果有多啲麵包就好啦~✨西班牙油炸鬼Churros係出名嘅西班牙傳統甜品,其實係油炸後嘅麵糰加上肉桂糖粉,入口酥脆鬆化,可以將朱古力醬倒喺油炸鬼上,或者就咁蘸上朱古力醬,都一樣咁好食 🤤✨Green Apple Mojitos✨Cuppaccino今晚我哋仲點咗 Cuppaccino 同 Green Apple Mojitos🍏, Cocktail 以青蘋果為主要嘅材料,加埋薄荷葉同青檸汁等,味道清新之餘仲有少少甜味。
