約左朋友係太子食dinner,我同大佬早左到就周圍行下,無意之中發現太子大南街轉角位有間新開不久的日式串燒外賣店,價錢不貴,性價比高!大大個open kitchen 直接可以坐係路邊欣賞主廚即叫即燒,聽講係想還原日本🇯🇵的街頭串燒店。✨小店果名叫【燒鳥來】梗係主打雞類串燒🍢,不過都有少量牛、豬、蔬菜提供!❤️我地怕陣間食唔落晚飯,最後只點了幾串試下😬😬。 ⦁牛油燒粟米 $15小店特意選用超甜粟米🌽,食落爽口清甜,重點在於粒粒都爆汁💦。 ⦁焦糖燒菠蘿 $18本身菠蘿🍍甜而多汁,主廚撒上砂糖,再用火槍去燒🔥,燒到外脆內軟!尼間同出面串燒店有點不同,主廚比較perfer外熱🥵內凍🥶的口感,因此我印象超深刻。 ⦁牛肉串 $28厚肉唔韌,牛汁超多,勁juicy! ⦁日本芝士年糕 $28一共兩大粒,燒到外皮好脆,食落煙煙韌韌,仲好拉絲🧀,好邪惡啊‼️ ⦁芝士竹輪魚蛋 $18本身芝士竹輪就好好味,今次用黎燒,好香芝士味之餘,口感彈牙‼️
